I am personally committed to the success of diversity and inclusion efforts throughout Constellation Energy. I was proud in 2008 to lead our newly formed diversity council that is responsible for the oversight and advocacy of diversity and inclusion practices. In 2009, the diversity council, consisting of business leaders from across the organization, is under the very capable leadership of Charles Berardesco, our general counsel and corporate compliance officer. I'm proud of the council's foundational work in 2008, and under Charlie's leadership, I'm confident the council will continue to advance our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
