Frequently Asked Questions

Constellation will bill you a $9.95 membership fee via credit card every month until you cancel. Electricity supply charges will continue to be billed separately by your utility. If you are switched to Constellation electricity supply during the term in accordance with your preauthorization under the terms of the plan, those supply charges will be included on that utility bill.

Yes. When you cancel your membership you will be returned to the utility supply if you have been switched to Constellation supply and will no longer receive discounts on HVAC repairs through Constellation Home. You can cancel anytime at constellationmembership.com/cancel. *

Enrollment in the The Constellation 360° Plan membership means that if at any time you want to enroll with a third party supplier other than Constellation, you will need to terminate your membership and will no longer receive the membership services. If you choose to enroll with a third party supplier, other than Constellation, without terminating this membership, you understand and agree that Constellation will not be liable for any early termination fees that result if you get switched from that supplier to Constellation in accordance with your preauthorization under the terms of the plan.

Constellation conducts ongoing evaluation of the utility price against Constellation pricing for opportunities to switch you to the lowest supply rate between Constellation and your utility.

Your energy supply bill will come from the utility.

* Constellation will bill your membership fee of $119 annually or $9.95 monthly via credit card until you cancel. Electricity supply charges will continue to be billed separately by your utility. If you are switched to Constellation electricity supply during the term in accordance with your preauthorization under the terms of the plan, those supply charges will be included on that utility bill.

† The $100 credit can be applied towards your Constellation Home invoice or your utility bill. The Credit will be available thirty (30) days after Constellation receives your first payment of the Membership Fee. For more information on how to obtain and use your credit please call Constellation at 888-599-3706. In order to qualify for the credit you must remain a customer for a consecutive 12-month period. If you use the credit and terminate the agreement before the 12 months, you will be charged and responsible for paying the lesser of the cost of the credit received, or the Monthly Membership Fee for the number of months remaining in that 12-month period.
